Jamal is a Lean & Project Controls Manager at VIATechnik, a leading BIM and Virtual Design and Construction firm,
where he specializes in scheduling and planning, budgeting and cost controls, schedule and budget change control,
Time Impact Analysis, risk management, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Jamal has a proven ability to
develop and implement effective processes that support business and project objectives. He has led key initiatives
that reduced operating costs and improved overall project durations. He brings to the VIATechnik team strong project
controls knowledge for mega projects around the world. At VIATechnik, Jamal leads CPM scheduling, probabilistic risk
analysis, 4D/5D BIM, and Lean initiatives such as pull planning. Jamal received his MS in Civil Engineering and
Construction Management from Virginia Tech and his BS in Civil Engineering from KFUPM.
