Diversified Communications, owner and organizer of AEC Next and SPAR 3D Expo and Conference, has made the difficult decision that, due to the magnitude of the unanticipated public health and safety issues posed by the rapidly escalating COVID-19 outbreaks and contagion, to reschedule the upcoming edition of AEC Next and SPAR 3D, which was planned to take place on June 3-5, 2020. The progress of the pandemic has made rescheduling to July 27-29, 2020 unavoidable. Fortunately, we were able to secure the same venue, McCormick Place, in Chicago, IL.
We will continue to be co-located with the USIBD Annual Symposium and WIPFLI’s Building Tomorrow Together Summit, as well as an exciting additional colocation with an event known as Geo Week, encompassing the International Lidar Mapping Forum (ILMF) and ASPRS Annual Conference. Some sessions and speakers will inevitably change due to the date shift. We will update the conference schedule and speakers page to reflect changes.
SPAR 3D Expo & Conference, AEC Next Technology Expo & Conference and ILMF—all organized by global event producer Diversified Communications— have always had crossover exhibitors and attendees; when the need to reschedule became clear, our customers asked if we could put these events together in 2020. We’re pleased to be able to deliver on that request.
Rescheduling these events provides a unique opportunity for Diversified to bring together the linear mapping community with the vertical construction community, both of which are power users of technologies used to capture and build our world digitally.
Co-locating will add value for everyone— exhibitors who will have access to additional categories of users, and attendees who will be able to access additional technology on the combined exhibit floor. We look forward to connecting professionals in these communities.
Due to the postponement, we are offering pre-registered attendees the following options:
– Automatic transfer of your registration to the rescheduled July 27-29, 2020 dates
– Transfer your registration to a colleague
– Transfer your registration to the 2021 event
Our relationship with you is of paramount importance, and we hope that these options will put your mind at ease. Please let us know what you’d like to do by contacting us on or before April 15 at email@example.com. If you have any concerns about these options, and would like to discuss it further, please reach out.
Not registered but wish to attend?
